Contract | Travel | Night Shift | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM | 8-Week Assignment | Projected Start: September 24, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting as a Rapid Response RN
• Monitor and assess critically ill pediatric patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete a 4-hour hospital orientation followed by an 8-hour floor shift prior to independent assignment
• Accurately document patient care activities and time using the facility's Kronos timekeeping system
• Adhere to all facility policies, including dress code (all navy, all white, or a combination of navy and white for RNs) and tobacco-free campus requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• PICU or Pediatric Critical Care experience required
• Ability to work night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) with no special scheduling accommodations or RTO requests honored
• Rapid Response travel assignment — must be available and flexible for immediate deployment needs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience, particularly in rapid response or crisis staffing roles
• Experience working in a high-acuity pediatric or neonatal critical care environment
• Familiarity with Kronos or similar electronic timekeeping systems
